Frank Martin Gilsinger was born 15 August 1870 in Pulaski County, IN.  His parents were Gabriel Valentine Gilsinger and Lydia Ann Good.  He married Elizabeth Ceclia Farenbaugh 11 Feb 1902 in Pulaski County, IN.  He died in 1949 in Winamac, IN. They had 10 Children.
